IBM Global Services France is a customer of ours since 2000. Moreover this entity received CMM 5 certification by citing their use of the ARCAD products. This team very often uses the ARCAD-Transformer suite on their customer projects.
A new and important factor during 2004 has been that IBM cites ARCAD at every training session for the new WDSC development environment. Sales have already been made via an "indirect consultancy” channel. This model should be repeatable in many different countries
