Implementation

There are several steps for ARCAD Suite implementation:

• The preliminary study. Examination of all the elements that appear in the client's Software Configuration Management framework: Technical configuration, operators, information flows, etc. The combination of these elements allows definition of the target system for ARCAD implementation.
• Personalization of processes. Product adaptation needs identified during the preliminary study are analyzed. The consultant will define and validate either standard macro-command modifications or the creation of customized macro-commands for the client.
• Start-up assistance. This phase ensures proper start-up for using ARCAD products in production.
• Project management. Throughout the entire project, the project manager guarantees adherence to agreed-upon costs and timeframes set for developing the target system.
