ARCAD offers technical assistance services based on our consultants' proven skill and experience on both the System i platform and ARCAD Solutions. You may wish to call upon our assistance:
- During the integration phase for ARCAD products. Our consultant handles all tasks related to implementing the solutions.
- After operations begin. Consultants can provide assistance in using ARCAD products.

Objectives
We offer this service to facilitate integration and administration of ARCAD solutions. Missions take place in-house at the client's company. This allows the client to:
- Have an extremely knowledgeable administrator that is always available and is dedicated specifically to the project (ARCAD Software provides a replacement consultant if needed).
- Free up in-house personnel for transfer to projects where their professional skills are required.
- Be supported by a Change Management tool that is always operational and that closely tracks information system evolution.

- Library audit and restructuring during the solution implementation phase,
- Solution parametering,
- Macro-command development and adaptation,
- Software delivery management (reception checkouts, impact analyses, etc.),

Details
Assistance services are always provided in the course of an assignment headed by a certified ARCAD Expert consultant. Assistance is billed only for days actually worked; ARCAD is committed to providing the appropriate means to successfully implement our solutions. Technical assistance is also offered as a flat-fee service for the phases related to solution implementation (audit, parametering, development). ARCAD guarantees the quality of results.
