Third-Party Application Maintenance

If you are considering shifting your Application Maintenance to a third party, our teams can help you with advance restructuring of your information system as well as in designing your call for bids. We work with partners such as IBM Global Services and EDS and also with smaller IT providers, so we can help you identify which providers can best meet your needs. 

Retro-documentation

Whether your goal is renovation, better control of development, or opening up to new technologies, the retro-documentation of your Information System is an essential first step.
Our teams can even take over your entire Information System retro-documentation project.  From the functional description to technical documentation, including your operating documentation and database models, these documents will provide you with an overall, relevant view of your information system and will be the starting point for system longevity.

High Availability

Whether you already have a high-availability (HA) solution or you are considering getting one, ARCAD Software can give you concrete answers in two different areas:

• Implementing commitment control in your applications. This tool-based service guarantees the integrity of your data in the event of an unplanned stoppage of your machines.
• Ensuring transfers to production with the integration of processes specific to your backup software, among other factors.

A special interface has been developed with the Mimix product, marketed by our partner Geac.

Security
