ARCAD-Customer is a completely multi-platform product, developed entirely in Java using the most up-to-date technology. The solution with its 100% Intranet/Internet architecture offers:

User interface

The solution is based on a Rich Client (Eclipse technology) and communications via http/https protocol that permits the use of secure and distributed network infrastructure (ability to deploy to distributed sites),  Centralized installation and client update reduces installation
and maintenance costs. The End user Web/portlet interface is integrated directly into company portals. The solution offers simultaneous multiple languages mode that allows clients connected to the same server to post in their own language. 

Administration and Communication

The solution offers: Customizable user interface (appearance, behavior, required fields); Ability to extend defined fields by user; Access via Web Services for interoperability with other existing or future systems (LDAP or others); The integration with enterprise email to receive or send emails; and interacts with our ARCAD-Skipper software configuration management tool.
