To consolidate its organization and accelerate business development on the American market, ARCAD Software is looking for a:
Reporting to the VP Americas, your main mission is to bring your functional and technical expertise to pre-sales missions (presentations, POCs and pilots), pre-studies and IT audits in the context of DevOps change management.
You may also be involved in the consulting and implementation of our solutions at our customers’ sites.
You will contribute to improving our products by sharing customer feedback with our R&D team.
With an engineering or university background, you have a real interest in the DevOps movement and want to be part of it
You have a natural business acumen and have a great sense for consultation and customer service.
You have a passion for learning and can pick up new tools and technology quickly, such as: GitLab, Jenkins, Docker …. and the IBM i platform present at all the BFSI leaders.
You thrive working in a small team, and have the ability to take on multiple projects at a time and work with minimal supervision.
You will learn how to help large companies enter the world of DevOps with the Arcad tool stack.
You have strong communication skills (knowledge of Spanish is a plus).

Technical knowledge and education:
Hands-on experience with git and development workflows
Knowledge of Agile practices and the SDLC
Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and industry standard methodologies
Comfortable doing technical presentations in front of customers
Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Groovy)
Experience with Java is a plus
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) is a plus
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
