Solution Architect (IT pre-sales engineer) M/F – Remote (Île de France)
The Job
Reporting to the Business Line Manager, the Solution Architect is responsible for designing and presenting pre-sales solutions that meet specific customer needs. He/she accompanies the customer throughout the pre-sales phase, ensures the follow-up of Proof of Concept (POC) and pilots, and supports the sales teams to guarantee an optimal offer.
As a Solution Architect, you will be the strategic partner of our sales teams, and a trusted advisor to our customers.
Within this context, your missions are as follows:
Understand our customers’ specific needs and propose customized technical solutions.
Support our customers throughout the pre-sales process, from product demonstration to Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects.
Carry out product demonstrations, provide customers with training on the tools used and ensure rigorous follow-up of POCs.
Accompany customers over several months during the pilots, in a technical consulting role, and ensure a smooth transition to our Support and Professional Services teams.
Collaborate with our internal teams to define new offers and services, integrating the latest technologies.
Participate in the negotiation phase to validate the compatibility of proposed solutions with the customer’s environment.
In addition, you will be responsible for :
Take an active part in the strategy for meeting customer needs, working closely with the sales, project and technical teams.
Participate in the technical evaluation of leads identified by our sales and marketing teams.
Assist sales representatives in presenting our services and responding to calls for bids.
Contribute to the optimization of our sales processes and competitive monitoring to ensure the competitiveness of our solutions.
On a technical level, you will :
Keep up-to-date with IT innovations to identify relevant trends.
Integrate new technologies into our solutions and actively participate in product development.
Qualifications :
Training: Engineering degree or equivalent university diploma.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position or as an IT consultant.
Technical profile:
Solid understanding of the sector, mastery of development languages (Java, Python, etc.), relational and NoSQL databases, as well as DevOps and software architecture concepts.
Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms to design high-performance solutions.
Fluent French: you are fluent in written and spoken French (B2 level minimum).
