Strategic Committee
Made up of six members, the COSTRA — ARCAD’s executive committee — meets weekly to define strategy and oversee key initiatives. An annual kickoff in Annecy provides an opportunity to review progress, prepare for upcoming challenges, and strengthen cohesion around strategic priorities.
